New Jersey Buyer Commission Rebate Program
Why buyer rebate?
Because you save my time by searching and visiting Open House yourself, you deserve a share of commission. Does it make a good sense?
We acknowledge buyers' efforts and reward buyers a rebate without sacrifcing service quality.

Rebate qualification
- Minimum purchase price $500,000
- When you go to Open House, always claim me as your buyer agent. If not, your rebate may be void due to other agent's claim for procuring cause.
- When there is no open house, let me arrange showing for you. You can not ask any other agents including the listing agent to show it due to procuring cause.
- For new construction, I must be with you for the first visit.
- Rebate shall be requeated before making offers.
The highest rebate
If you view homes ALL through open house and I make the offer for you, we will only keep 1.5% and you will get the rest of commission as a buyer reabte.
Most Common rebate
If I have shown you any properties when open house is not available, we will keep 2% commission and you get the rest of commission as a buyer rebate.
